This statement applies to the website rechteradar.de including all functions of the compliance product "Conformis" accessible underneath.

Conformance status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of EN 301 549 in conjunction with WCAG 2.2 conformance level AA. The provider is working toward full conformance. As of 14 May 2026 no external technical audit by an accredited body has been carried out; the current assessment is based on a self-assessment.

Known limitations

The following areas are currently under review and may have conformance gaps:

  • Individual decorative graphic animations on the marketing and pre-sale pages use GSAP / ScrollTrigger animations that respect prefers-reduced-motion but are not always fully disabled.
  • Some brand elements use accent colours with tight contrast against the background. A systematic contrast check against WCAG 1.4.3 has been initiated.
  • PDF reports provided in the customer area are currently not consistently accessibility-tagged (in particular a semantic reading order is sometimes missing). An accessible PDF template is being prepared.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 14 May 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment. The assessment is based on a technical and content visual inspection of the individual areas of the website. A next regular review is scheduled within twelve months.
